Complain much? Try this experiment…

I am going on a fast, of sorts… I am going to COMPLETELY eradicate complaining from my menu for an entire 7 days. I invite you to join me.

According to the law of attraction, what you focus on in your life, you get more of. Thus, when you complain, you are putting energy into that thing you are complaining about and will receive more of that in your life.

Have you ever noticed that complainers have a tough life? They justify by saying “of course I complain, look how crappy my life is.” To which a suitable response might be “your life is crap beCAUSE you complain. See ya!” T.Harv Eker, author of “Secrets of the Millionaire Mind” bluntly and correctly states that complaining is a ‘crap magnet’.

So I’m not going to complain out loud OR in my head for an entire 7 days. It’s just a little experiment. I invite you to join me. What’s the worse that could happen? You might enjoy a little more happiness and feel a little more free at the end of the 7 days. We’ll check back in next week.
