Hello world!

What to say, how to begin. The first blog ever from MirZuk Fitness- right here, right now, and you’re reading it. History in the making! I’m so excited I almost forgot what I wanted to write about.

Ah, yes… I want to write about change.  Is there something in your life that you want to change? The way you look, the way you feel, where you live, where you work, or, well, just anything?

Here’s a newsflash- you must first change your thoughts and beliefs before you see the outside changes happen. If your thoughts and beliefs don’t change you cannot change. A very intuitive friend of mine, Patricia Moreno, says “It is not the people, where you live, or what you have and don’t have, it is the attitude and the beliefs you hold that keep you stuck.”

How long have you been running the tapes of your long overused beliefs and attitudes in your head? As much as you say you want to change and worry or whine about it, you forget you are the cause of that very thing you say you want to change.

Patricia says it best, “Your body becomes old when your attitudes are old. You become stuck when your are stubborn and not willing to change. But the moment you are willing to refresh your point of view you will begin to allow a fresh new experience into your life.”

Create a clear vision about what you want. Conquer your doubt and refresh your perspective. This is all easy to say, right? We’ll examine ways of slowly but surely opening our minds to fresh perspectives and change.

The first step towards change is to look at what you already have. List three things you are grateful for. It can be anything. Ready, GO!
